How we manufacture arched PVC windows
PVC can be shaped under controlled heat to create curved windows, semicircular arches and other custom designs for traditional homes and Mediterranean houses.
Start with the actual arch
The opening’s templaterecords more than its width and overall height. We shape the profiles to this geometry and, where appropriate, combine a fixed curved section withstraight hinged sashes below it.
A real curved-window project

Semicircular, segmental and irregular arches
Arches can be semicircular, segmental or irregular. A template or accurate curve measurements help us manufacture an assembly suited to the opening.
The curved part can remain fixed while a hinged or tilt-and-turn section below provides ventilation and access for cleaning. The radius and system limits determine the available configuration.
Arched windows in renovation
When an arch is part of a building’s character, a curved PVC window in a suitable wood-effect finish can reproduce the shape and appearance. For protected buildings, the proposed replacement should be checked with the relevant authority before ordering. We confirm the technical limits of the radius, finish and glazing for each project.

Can an arched PVC window have an opening section?
In many cases, yes. A common design leaves the arch fixed and uses straight hinged sashes below. The available configuration depends on the radius, size and profile system.
Can a roller shutter cover an arched window?
A standard roller shutter does not follow a curved opening. One option is to leave the arch fixed and shade the rectangular section below. Interior shutters may offer another solution, depending on the design.
Does a curved window take longer to manufacture?
It normally needs more preparation than a standard rectangular unit because the profile is shaped to the opening. We confirm the production schedule when the order is agreed.
Can curved PVC windows have a wood-effect finish?
Wood-effect finishes are available for many curved designs. We confirm compatibility with the profile and arch radius before manufacturing.
