Insulation that completes the enclosure
Available in 160 and 200 mm versions, with thermal and acoustic performance specified for each tested assembly.
Designed to complement Cortizo A 70, A 78 and A 84 PVC windows, with connection profiles joining the box and frame.
The 200 mm box has a reference Usb from 0.66 W/m²K. The 160 mm box has reference acoustic insulation of up to 47 dB; these figures refer to different test assemblies.

Two sizes with different reference values

A highly insulating window also needs a suitable shutter box and perimeter installation. Cortizo Isolation has reference air permeability Class 4andE2400 watertightness, making it an option to assess alongside efficient windows such as Cortizo A 84. The manufacturer’s test values are non-contractual references.

Can Cortizo Isolation be used with VEKA windows?
It is designed for Cortizo PVC systems. For a VEKA assembly, we assess compatible alternatives such as Vekavariant 2.0 or Eurostar.
Which Cortizo Isolation size does my opening need?
It depends on shutter height, the rolled curtain and the available space. We calculate the assembly during measurement and compare the insulation values of the appropriate version.
Can Cortizo Isolation be specified with a motorised shutter?
Yes. A compatible motor and controls can be included as an option in the quote.
Does Cortizo Isolation provide access for maintenance?
Yes. The box includes an access cover for servicing the shutter mechanism.
